Rosie has led and scaled the Marketing and Communications function at Apex Group Ltd since 2014, as it has transitioned from a mid-sized fund administrator to a global financial services provider with 10,000 employees, 80 offices and over $2.7trn in assets serviced. She runs a centralised global team and is responsible for all marketing, communications and CSR activities for the Group and its sub-brands. Winner of 'Disruptor of the Year' at the 2020 Women in Finance Awards, Rosie is passionate about driving diversity of thought and improving the gender balance in the financial services industry. She is a member of the Apex Group's Executive Committee, founding member of its Sustainability Committee and Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Council, a Chartered Marketer and member of the Forbes Communications Council. Rosie has been named a “prominent Fintech CMO” and is regularly asked to join judging panels for D&I awards and for commentary on topics of inclusivity and improving the gender balance in the industry alongside being a marketing expert.
